Matt is a technologist, chemist, entrepreneur and pioneer in the DAC space. He has over 20 years experience in renewable and climate technology development and over a decade of experience with DAC and CO2 utilization technologies.
Matt developed the world's first energy-positive wastewater treatment platform as Founder & CEO of Algae Systems.
He has built and commercialized technologies in CO2, water, AgTech, waste treatment, and biofuels.

Michael has over 20 years of Operations and Engineering experience in semiconductor, consumer electronics and capital equipment manufacturing, in a number of executive roles.
Prior to joining Aircapture, Michael oversaw operations for Apple’s AirPods product line.
Michael earned his Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
Martica is a socio-environmentalist, innovator, and advisor who has spent the better part of her career in impact, focused on effective stakeholder engagement.
Passionate about climate solutions driven by market opportunities, Martica holds a MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development and an MBA focused on Disruptive Innovation.
She has advised teams at Fortune 500 companies, led groundbreaking capacity-building frameworks with communities in Sierra Leone and coached 400+ professionals to find purpose in their careers.
Martha’s career has been focused on innovation in technology, natural resources, and policies to support decarbonization and climate resilience.
She has depth of experience across project finance, private equity, and management consulting, including as co-founder of two recent ventures where she focused on project development and finance.
